Here's our first glimpse of Chris Fountain's new chest look. A lot of time and effort has been put into getting it  that smooth, and I think we can all agree that it is a stupid thing to have done.

And here's American model Ellis McCreadie going for the shirtless, long hair, and couch look. That's the 1985 John Lewis couch last used in a photo shoot the week before.

Boy O

American actor Cody Longo, here seen shirtless wet and dry, is rather pretty if in an obvious way and has a habit of standing in an area of higher gravity.

Australian actor Chris Milligan was in almost every episode of The Pacific but I managed to totally miss him (and his eyebrows). I had no such difficulty when he took his top off on Neighbours, and showed some cleavage on a photo shoot.

And the Flood brothers shirtless, Sonny (his invisible bike) and Beau.

Ancient Phone Boy

Above is British actor Dominic Cooper leaving little to the imagination, but still overdressed.

I have no idea what Lincoln Younes (mmmm fluffy) and David Jones Roberts are saying to each other and the chap with the beard on Aussie soap Home and Away but a line about surfboards and pockets springs to mind.

And still around reality fluff Tim Urban in a waterfall, playing with his dumbbells, being bland, and with someone removed twice (but not always).

Boy Smirk

Novak Djokovic apparently finds taking his top off as vital to being a tennis player, which is good.

Another example is alleged rugby player Nick Youngquest who likes standing around in his boxers from increasingly far away (or closer if you look at them back to front) and models shorts, swimmers, plus jeans with longer hair.

And doing the reverse British actor Jonathan Bailey has gone from wearing only boxers to a blue sports top (with chest hair trimmed to match) on the rather unfunny (but oddly accurate) Campus.

Choo Choo Boys

Above are (front to back) Jackson Brown, Adam Holland, 'Alex', and Jeremy Hicks in the truly dreadful attempt at a horror parody Slice of Terror. The naked four of them play bullies who get hypnotised into having sex (they're acting) with each other. You can download the group 'sex' scene here if you so wish.

Aussie Rules player Alik Magin may look like his head is thatched (I bet you someone's actually told him it suits him) but under it and his shirt is a lot to approve of.

And Aussie rugby player Billy Slater has a big one (a trophy that is).

Coloured Boys

Athletic bulges, those of Tommy Skipper in yellow (and the air), and Andrew Rock on the ground.

In the midst of the great American soap cull an oiled Francisco San Martin (Adam LaVorgna in disguise?) tries his best to keep Days Of Our Lives going by wandering around looking pitiful in a towel. .

And as requested British DJ JK (Jason King and yes he did) damp and filling his speedos on some reality nonsense, what a pity (bah boom). Thanks Art.

Boys Mature

To counter moans that I don't feature anyone over thirty here's Jeremy Renner (40) with his top off, furball Greg Vaughan (37) , and Gabriel Macht (39)  a lot less furry.

Hollyoaks' trimmed Robert Norbury finds another specious reason to be dressed in only a towel (a nice behind too). While I'm not a great fan of chaps with bodies (even nice ones) too big for their heads, and he pulls the oddest of facial expressions I've like Robert since Grange Hill and am not stopping know. Fellow cast member Dan Mac did it even before he got on the show.

And the collective totty of the London Marathon, thanks Markus.

Boy goes Retro

Shirtless beef chained to some sort of table, this one being Aussie actor Craig Horner in Legend of a Seeker, was a mainstay of horror. Sadly not so much now.

Australian rugby player Cameron Smith gets a little bit cheeky.

On Hollyoak a bulging Ashley Taylor Dawson gets himself a spray tan from an oddly overdressed young chap. Ashley then gets very cheeky.

And AFLer Sam Grimley has the basics of after game celebrations explained to him.

Boy Wood

Doctors actor Nicholas Woodman proving that you shouldn't go on a shirtless photo shoot with a metal skull and a magnet to your left.

Here's Welsh actor Scott Arthur playing the mildly vacant ghost of a vampire mauled policeman (not getting convoluted at all) in the latest series of Being Human. Scott, shut your mouth, shut your mouth, shut your mouth. Credit as per the taggage.

And wonderfully adorkable Aussie Rules player Sam Grimley who has had a bit of a makeover (or his hair cut) doing silly exercises.

Boys Board

Luke Mitchell and Lincoln Younes bond with their boards (I'm sure there's a pun there) on the beach in Aussie soap Home and Away. Here's hoping that the pregnant looks between the two are signs of fun to come.n

And Australian actor Julian Curtis doing his whole range of facial expressions (rather expressive eyes) while classically dressed in Legend of the Seeker.

Bowler Boy

Rather pretty English cricketer, from South Africa, Jade Dernbach a ball in each hand (sorry) and being rather cosy (and furry) with another cute chappy.

Formerly hairy and PVC wearing American actor Justin Hartley shirtless in black jeans and underwear plus, as requested, him tied up on Smallville.

And British DJ Greg James with his top off showing off his armpit [and add big microphone pun of your choice].

Boy Numerical

International Jock model and actor Alan Ritchson, here seen in tight underwear front and back, will be playing Trevor Donovan's character's old flame on 90210 v2. Perhaps Alan can use the fee to get an all over tan.

Canadian American actor Jamie Elman, here seen trailing and being furry with Jason Kaufman in the comedy short Crazy/Sexy/Awkward, has always been one of my favourite bits of overlooked totty which is sad considering Jamie can act.

And some Aussie ball players, Campbell Brown in speedos, Dan Gagai being pert, and Daniel Conn stop frelling getting tattoos.

Boys Getting Photographed

Just when you thought photo shoots of shirtless fluff carrying tyres (or 'exercising' with them) went out in the 1980s here's formerly of Hollyoaks Chris Fountain (sans chest fur) doing one for a British tabloid. It's interesting how confused by the concept of a tyre poor shirtless Chris is, but he wasn't picked for anything other than what people would imagine doing to him.

And, still on the show, (and keeping some fluff) Craig Vye doing a faux shoot hence, thoughtful left, and thoughtful right, now freeze mid step, hand on waistband, and look stern.

Boy

Aussie Rules player Ben Cunnington, here seen shirtless on a beach, has a thing about showing off his armpits.

Zefron feels ignored so lets himself be photographed with his top off on the beach, skateboarding, and frolicing on some swings.

And if only AFLer Alex Rance hadn't borrowed his grandmother's underwear.

Boy on a Walk

Reality furball Olly Murs explodes at the most inopportune moment, or something like that.

Ryan Mackins adds a few more seconds to his fifteen minutes of 'fame' by looking gormless in a circle, and generally taking his top off to get watered down in his jeans (he does it mostly himself, bless). How very 80s of you Ryan.

Ginger British athlete Greg Rutherford in his tight kit top and bottom plus shirtless in colour and black and white.

Belgium's Hans van Alphen has some obvious talents (I was going to type 'big heavy balls' but won't (he does have a flying bulge)) and looks a lot better without the buzz cut. Here's Hans with associated athletic fluff including fellow Belgian Thomas van der Plaetsen (they'd make a cute couple).

And creating a sandwich fellow Brit Lawrence Clark bulging with company while celebrating a win.

Boy's Anatomy

Make what you will of the above photograph of Michael Phelps on the set of Gray's Anatomy, descriptive and applied.

Nicholas Robuck's character has his top off to do some baking (don't we all in the winter?) on One Life to Lust. I wonder if a writer uttered the line 'We can't have both of them shirtless that'd just look silly' when discussing shirtless cookery. Might as well get your money's worth as Nicholas was employed on the basis of his appearance not acting skills.

And Ryan Gosling says it best when a head covers his balls.

Boy Starts Off

Aussie soap actor Lincoln Younes has barely been on screen and he's shown some flesh. I just hope that Lincoln and Luke Mitchell's character get it on.

Shirtless rugby players Cameron Smith, Dean Mumm, Drew Mitchell with Ben Mowen, and Danny Care plus a dressed Josh Dugan seeking an innuendo.

And American armpit display team member Joseph Sayers gets savaged by a lorry.

Bell Island Boy

Canadian actor Allan Hawco rather bravely stands around the streets of St John's in his boxers and in and out of sunglasses on the Republic of Doyle.

As requested some more of the rather hairy young running chap in rather tight shorts front and back (which sadly he changed out of here) at some athletics meeting. It's been suggested he's brave not to defur himself, but perhaps he can't be bothered.

And Kiwi rugby player Anthony Boric and his impressive pecs emerge from the sea.

Boy and his Fluffiness

Blond fluff Australian actor David Jones-Roberts' character follows on from Luke Mitchell of yesterday having an argument (or perhaps he's just showing off his chest) with beefy young men (again including Dan Ewing (left)) in his swimmers on the soap Home and Away. I'm not a fan of his over the top comb forward but he's got a goodly body, and goodly chest foliage plus a treasure motorway.

Watched Boys

A shirtless model now actor Scott MacGregor gets an audience (of increasing size) as he walks around the locker room on Australian soap Neighbours.

On Home and Away Luke Mitchell's character gets accosted by an assortment of soap fluff, including Dan Ewing and Lincoln Younes, sporting the fakest tattoos since Prison Break. The mutual staring between Luke and Lincoln suggests things might get fun, although there is contrary evidence.

Boy being Stereotypical

Ben Kerfoot (and his acting eyebrows) being blond (in a tragic way), skinny, and a tad camp (a horrid Eastern European teacher too no doubt) playing a ballet student spy on the BBC's MI High.

British boyband The Wanted get into their swimmers, then go and do some artificial surfing (even the geeky and vacant ones) sometimes covering their assets with the board. The one in the middle seems to have a large gravitational pull.

And Hollyoaks' Thomas Sean Hughes shows off one of his primary assets, no not his acting.

Boys Sandwich

Ryan Mackins, whose is one the the above behinds (not sure which), is a member of the Apollo Knights (whatever they are) took his top off and did a fire dance on some dating show. Although the host Paddy McGuinness was really interested in Ryan it was a lass that he was going to 'date'.

And Aussie model and actor Scott MacGregor leaves little to the imagination even when wearing underwear.
