I wonder what great mind of our time decided to hold the United Nations Climate Change Conference in Montreal during the winter. Global warming is a hard sell when outside the city you are in is 'paralysed by record snowfall'. Next the UN will hold their conference on tolerance in Iran.

Round the Twist is an Australian kid's TV show which has a cult adult following for some reason. The last series features Rian McLean who you may remember played the gay (who had a thing for Mitch Firth and Chris Egan and warranted dramatic music every time his sexuality was mentioned) Christopher Fletcher on Home and Away, and Brook Sykes who was often dressed in red armless faux leather or black plastic numbers (with his pants on his head) during the show.
