Welsh Italian Francois Pandolfo overacted his way through a Dr Who episode, but we did get to see his legs.
As requested from Law and Order Mike Doyle as near to shirtless as I've found him.
On Neighbours Sam Clark is wandering around in just a towel which I sure was totally vital to the script and not just a way to show off some flesh.
And I agree with Ivan that Chris Carmack looks better like this.
