Third of the eponymous brothers Joe Jonas grimaces and bulges while he's exercising (looking a little a tad like a toy). Though not a leg chap but Joe's have some interest, and what's up with the white stains?
And hairy British cyclist Jason Kenny has a reasonable front and much better rear aspect.

The white stuff is hand or gym chalk. He never competed because the second thing the coach teaches you is how not to get chalk on your uni.
