Boy being French

Reign's blond and fluffy Toby Regbo has a beardy thing that isn't that convincing but makes him look older than otherwise.

This chap got himself restrained, suspended and in need of rescue in Chicago Fire but did not warrant a credit even as 'tied up guy'.

And Thomas brother, Adam wearing little or too much on Emmerdale.
