Thomas van der Plaetsen is a shorts filling Belgian decathlete who takes his top off to celebrate, swing around, and be patriotic. Thomas is clearly more posed when at the beach.

And Tom Daley gets a ride on an OTT cruise ship by wearing speedos (and doing some diving I suspect).
