Acting and body fur modelling Youtuber Cameron Dallas selling himself or supposedly the underwear he is wearing with a lot of bits grabbing (it must be a feature of the pants).
In the film Rough Night American actor Colton Haynes played a stripper who got down to his briefs (not totally covering from whatever angle) before being knocked out then restrained (unlike his acting) and Aussie Ryan Cooper's stripper character pulls out his sausage but ends badly.
And Game of Thrones' Toby Sebastian in swimmers with a bearded friend (who wins the fur off).
