Squeeze Boy
On the defunct Aussie soap Neighbours normal build and sometimes furry Chris Milligan was the one to get naked (in a daytime show way (though is full crackage allowed nowadays?)) pretending to life model or poolside flirting with his onscreen girlfriend (or he really likes the helmet).
And once of the soap Felix Mallard (minus what makes him noticeable) looks skinny, open mouthed, floppy haired and big nippled in the series Ginny and Georgia.
