Elias Kacavas, who has a cute brother called Alec, is an American actor and model who did a locker room scene first topless and then in nothing at all (like the chap in front who lets it all hang out) in the series Euphoria. There's more of Elias' work here.
And Fabian and Felix Arnold are confused German brothers and models (well the nicely positioned Fabian is) who have a pack off.
