Model David Rich is selling exercise DVDs to help you lose the pounds you put on over Christmas. In reality although you start out wanting to look like David Rich then your enthusiasm wains (around the 5th) you can just look at him ('I'm not watching some cute chap get all hot and sweaty, I'm exercising').
