Chest Broadcasting Boy
To start a cute, but nameless, young chap who likes to show off his defined chest even dressed as if he's an extra in a cheap remake of 300
.Luke Pegler made a lot of his few weeks on Neighbours or rather the soap's writers of his chest (sadly deforested) and bulge (sadly hidden in places (but not always)). The much requested Luke (or rather his body) deserved more screen time.
