Mostly Canadian Boys

As a break from the Canadians, Penn Badgley (sounds almost Dickensian) tied shirtless to a pillar and then released on Gossip Girl. If Chace and Ed don't have to shave why does Penn?

And back up north to Kevin Zegers pretending to box some cute chap (possibly Jim Sturgess) in Fifty Dead Men Walking, or why have cast members shirtless and only do long shots.
