Having only watched One Tree Hill a few times (Chaddles covering his bits with a basketball, James and Chaddles fighting with their tops off, and the two sans clothes at a truck stop) I can only speculate from the screencaps that James Lafferty's not that bright but beefy character is making a porn film (sadly there's a woman involved) and isn't overly pleased about it.

And Matt Lanter and Trevor Donovan compete to see who can look the silliest when wind blown.
