Watered Boy

Chris Milligan's character gets his wet top on Aussie soap Neighbours so he takes his top off, or Excuse to get actor shirtless number 24. It's a shame that the blond chap doesn't follow suit.

A beefed up but still adorkable American actor Carter Jenkins indulges in some shirtless (but supposed to look naked) guitar playing. Suspicions are that Carter is just being himself.

And a bulge of British cyclists.
